Production Note:
The Bacchus grapes are hand harvested and
transported to the winery where they are
destemmed, crushed and pressed before
undergoing a cool fermentation in stainless steel
tanks to maintain a lively acidity and fresh, delicate
aromatics in the wine.
Tasting Note:
Mouth-watering citrus and green apple flavours with
enticing aromas of elderflower and gooseberry. If you
like Sauvignon Blanc you will love England’s signature
white grape Bacchus!
