Baking around the world

Baking your way round the world

Join our bakery tutors on our new 7 week baking classes that will take you round the world on wonderful floury journey

Each week will visit a different country/region and learn 3 of their classic baking delights. All classes will take place in our state-of-the-art baking school at Plumpton College

Each mini masterclass will take place in the evening between 17.30 – 21.00. You will get to take your bakes home, with all the recipes and know how so you can re-create in the home environment

Sicilian street pizza- A rustic style pizza

Kanelbullar- classic cardamom and cinnamon buns

Rye crisp breads-perfect for the cheese board
